10 Cottage Point Road

No. 10 Cottage Point Rd is an idyllic property in quiet and secluded Cottage Point located within beautiful Kuring-gai National Park.
Although only 45 minutes from central Sydney, you will feel like you are far from home. The modern, architect designed house is situated close to the water and features three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The house easily sleeps three couples or two families. All bedrooms open onto a verandah and have glorious views over the water and virgin bush. The house features a large and comfortable open-plan living area with superb views. A large covered verandah and a second mezzanine living area provide many options for relaxing. Linen is available on request at at extra cost of $55 per bed.


Activities

Enjoy a beautiful meal from the famous Cottage Point Inn, located at the bottom of the garden or from the charming Cottage Point Kiosk, just 50m away. Internet access and local phone are included. Enjoy the abundant wildlife including brush turkeys, rainbow lorikeets, cockatoos, possums, goannas, butcher birds and sea eagles.

Fish from the jetty at the bottom of the garden or hire a kayak or motor boat from the Cottage Point Kiosk and explore local waters. Take the ferry to Bobbin Head. Explore the beautiful bush by foot, by car or by water.
