A wall-mounted split system air-conditioning unit provides extra comfort in the peak summer and winter seasons.

Glass sliding doors lead out to a generous-sized undercover terrace, tastefully furnished with an outdoor lounge setting, coffee table and plants, a good alfresco space to relax and entertain.

Both bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds and large mirrored built-in robes providing plenty of storage space for longer stays. The main bedroom also has glass sliding doors which lead out to the balcony, and its own en-suite bathroom.

The main bathroom is tiled and has a shower over a full size-bath with a glass shower screen. For your convenience, the apartment has a washing machine and separate dryer.

The Neighborhood:
Parramatta is a growing satellite city of Sydney with its own buzzing commercial area and vibrant arts scene. The apartment is just 5 minutes walk from Parramatta’s Westfield Shopping Centre, offering 5 levels of retail spread over 5 city blocks, as well as supermarkets, cinemas and a food court. It’s also only 8 minutes walk to beautiful Parramatta Park with its riverside walking and cycling trails. Just 5 minutes stroll away, you’ll find Church Street with its array of Asian eateries.

Getting Around:
The apartment comes with its own parking space, but if you prefer public transport, getting around central Parramatta is easy and free with the Parramatta Shuttle Bus. This circuit bus runs every 10 minutes 7 days a week starting from Macquarie Street near Centenary Square

To get to Sydney CBD (Downtown), it’s a 7 minute walk to Parramatta Train Station which can be accessed via the Westfield. From the station, you can catch regular train services to Sydney’s train hub Town Hall Station in around 30 minutes.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.

* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.

* Extra $40/night will be charged for guests after 4 or if the sofa bed needs to be prepared.

*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.

*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
