Located on the 23rd floor in the Oaks building on Castlereagh Street, this studio apartment puts you in the heart of the Sydney CBD. With breathtaking views over Haymarket and the surrounding areas, whether you're in Sydney for business or pleasure, you'll have everything you need for your short or extended stay. Sleep well after a long day on the plush double bed, take in scenic sites while you work from home, and enjoy the on-site a gym and pool at your leisure.

Our functional studio apartment offers open plan living with a separate kitchenette and black and white bathroom with shower. A large front facing window offers stunning views of the Sydney CBD while letting light in to brighten up the space.
Kick back on the lounge and utilize the TV after a long day of work or exploring. The lounge can also be set up as a sofa bed upon request for an additional $80 fee to cover linen costs. Fully carpeted with air-conditioning throughout, you'll feel comfortable and cosy even on Sydney's hottest days as you rest easy on a plush double bed.
If you want to go for a swim or do a quick workout, you'll have full access to the shared pool and gym facilities. There is no washer and dryer, but you can make use of the shared laundry facilities within the building at minimal costs.
Feel free to request the setup of the sofa bed along with extra linen. Please be aware that there is a $80 charge for this service. Kindly remember to make this request; otherwise, the sofa bed won't be arranged.
Please note that there is ongoing construction on Level 29, which is expected to continue for the next two months or until the end of May. During this time, guests may hear drilling and hammering noises in the building between 10 AM and 5 PM, Monday to Saturday.
