The Space:
Enter the apartment into a short hallway which takes you to a spacious carpeted living area with a 2 seater and 3 seater sofas, occasional chairs, a dining table for 4 people and a 65” ‘Smart’ TV, with lots of artwork giving the room a homey, welcoming feel. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors then bring you out on to a large balcony with expansive ocean views. Back inside the apartment, to the left of the entrance you find the kitchen, equipped with a 4-burner induction stove top, a wall oven, a Bosch dishwasher, family-sized fridge, microwave and double sink.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom offering a king bed, loads of wardrobe space for longer stays and sliding doors to access the balcony with those magnificent ocean views. Vertical blinds allow you to control the light flow. Another bedroom comes with a queen bed, its own 55” ‘smart’ TV and venetian blinds, while the third bedroom has a double bed and a pull-down blind. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and separate bathtub, while a second bathroom has its own shower as well as laundry facilities behind a stylish screen, comprising a washing machine and separate dryer.

The Neighborhood:
Situated in the upscale suburb of Vaucluse, the apartment is in a prime location, just a stroll to shops which include a Coles supermarket, a delicatessen, pharmacy and various eateries. There are many heritage buildings nearby, including Vaucluse House and the South Head Lighthouse. Watsons Bay is just down the road, home to Sydney’s popular Doyle’s restaurant on the water, with Camp Cove beach just a little further along (although Rose Bay Beach is closer, 15 minutes walk from the apartment. For the ultimate Sydney beach experience, the iconic Bondi Beach is less than 10 minutes away by car. The Double Bay and Bondi Junction shopping precincts are both a short drive away too.

Getting Around:
The apartment comes with a garage for 1 vehicle, but if you prefer public transport, several bus services can be caught close by on Old South Road, New South Road or Military Road, taking you to Watsons Bay, Bondi Beach and major transport hub Bondi Junction.

Other Things to Note:
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.

* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
