Perfectly located, it’s only a minute walk to the beach and the Clareville Kiosk, a foodie favourite. You also have all the convenience of nearby Avalon, just a few minutes away by car.
The Space: Enter the house and to the right you’ll find an open plan living/dining area with stylish polished floorboards throughout, wall-mounted reverse-cycle air-con and a picture window with tranquil water views of Pittwater. There are 2 seater and 3 seater lounges, several occasional chairs, a ‘Smart’ TV, and a dining table which seats 6 people but can be extended to fit 8. Glass sliding doors open up to an outdoor patio with seating for 4 people and a table setting for 2, along with those lovely views of Pittwater. Back inside the house, a fully renovated kitchen to the left of the entrance comes equipped with an electric stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, family sized fridge and coffee maker. There are three bedrooms, all carpeted, with block-out blinds and pedestal fans. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed while a second bedroom comes with a double bed and a third has a king single and single, as well as its own ‘Smart’ TV. The house has 2 bathrooms, both with showers, and there are 2 toilets. A European laundry houses a top loader washing machine and separate dryer.
Outside the front entrance is an undercover patio area with another outdoor table 6 people (8 if needed) and plenty of bench seating, as well as a gas barbecue. Stairs lead down to the back yard, a great area for kids to play in, with an outdoor shower (hot and cold water), a clothes line and a pathway which joins up with the path to the beach.
The Neighborhood: Situated 36 kilometres north-east of Sydney’s CBD (Downtown) and right next to Avalon, Clareville is a relaxed, leafy suburb on Pittwater, the flat beach bay of the area. The house itself is perfectly located, just a few minutes stroll to Long Beach, the Clareville Beach Reserve and the popular Clareville Kiosk, serving modern Australian cuisine. It’s a 2 minute drive to the Clareville Mini Market (or 25 minute walk), or a few minutes to the Avalon Woolworths. Surfing enthusiasts will enjoy a great choice of surf beaches nearby, including Avalon and Bilgola.
Getting Around: This property is best suited to guests with a car, and there is room for several vehicles in the house’s driveway. If you prefer public transport, there’s a bus stop 7 minutes walk from the house which will take you into Avalon in a few minutes. From there, you can connect to other services to Palm Beach, Manly and Sydney’s CBD (Downtown).
Other Things to Note: * An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
*This is a pet friendly property. You may bring your furry or feathered family member for an additional $100 surcharge fee, *If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
