On the ground floor, you will find the formal living room, decorated with artefacts from around the globe. Relax and read your favourite novel by the open fire with a great bottle of wine. As you continue through, you are greeted by an open plan galley kitchen and dining room which flows onto the delightful courtyard and tropical garden. Here you will find all that you need to entertain; with a beautiful outdoor setting, gas BBQ and palm tree plantation providing privacy - it is truly a calming space to entertain your family and friends.

Directly outside the back gate is a lovely little park with slippery slide and climbing equipment for kids of all ages to enjoy while you supervise from the comfort of your own back yard.

For your morning coffee, why not grab a paper and enjoy the tranquillity of the internal courtyard; or if you feel like venturing out, you will find the famous Bourke Street Bakery just down the street.

Climb the stairs to the second storey and immediately enter the newly decorated study, equipped with a modern desk. Two queen sized bedrooms, each decorated in their own unique style and a spacious bathroom complete this level.
