Agave by the Beach - Beach Stays

Agave is a brilliant 3 bedroom family holiday house that can sleep up to 8 people and is just metres from Newport Beach.

There are very few places on the Northern Beaches that can cater for all family types and this house is one of them. It has flat level access from the driveway and the main level is the central hub of the house.

As you open the front door, you are immediately welcomed into a fantastic open plan living Dining Kitchen area that flows out onto the front balcony. The views are mesmerising as you gaze over the waters below. Also on this level of the house is a 2nd TV room, the master bedroom with ensuite and a 2nd bedroom as well with queen bed. The Master bedroom and TV room also open out onto the outside terrace which is perfect for relaxing and lazing around.

Teenagers and children.....? There is a brilliant separate cabana equipped with a 3rd living area and a double bunk room with 4 single beds. Here they can retreat to their own space. There is even a small kitchenette and another bathroom here for them as well.

Agave is a brilliant house and it comes with everything that you need for a perfect family holiday. Available at any time during the year, it is great for weekend getaways and weekly summer holidays. The house is not available for any type of wedding/party/function.

There is a lower separate apartment at the property which is permanently rented. It has its own separate access.
