This self contain unit attached to main house. It has separate entrance, private bathroom and private kitchen. It is modern, clean with 2 bedrooms and 3 queen bed. It is fully furnished, all esssentials provided, everything you need for comfortable stay, linens only provided enough for number of guest booked. There is one carspace front house driveway for parking

Nearby local shops, restaurants, offices at Oak Hill Village, nearby Oakhill Drive public school, Cherrybrook Tech high school, Oakhill Colleage, 10min drive to Castle Towers Shopping Center and train station, 1 min walk to bus stop, 20mins drive to Parramatta or Rosehill Gardens Racecourse, 30 mins drive to Sydney Olympic Park or Sydney Mortorsport Park.
There is a bus stop in front of the house, you can pay by credit card or buy Opal card to use for all nsw bus and train. Bus number 635 take 23mins to Castle Hill Towers Shopping Center. Bus number 642X take you to Cherrybrook Metro train station, from here you catch Sydney metro train to Sydney City Central Station 50min travel.

This property is very comfortable for family, friends, travellers, workers. There is 1 carapace in front of the house and many free off street parking nearby. This house has 1 reverse cycle Airconditioner in lounge room cycle for your comfort.

Bedroom 1: large size with built in wardrobe, 2 queen bed, portable fan, portable heater. We will make up 1 or 2 bedroom depending on number of guests booked
Bedroom 2: small size with built in wardrobe and 1 queen bed, portable fan

There is 1 full bathroom with standing shower and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, grill, microwave, large fridge, kettle, toaster, sandwich press, plates, bowls, cutlery, crockery, cups and glasses. The combine kitchen and lounge room has smart TV, sofa, dinning table and chairs. There are iron and iron board, outdoor washing machine.

This is not a party place, no loud noise from 9pm which affect neighbours.

Check in from 3pm, early check in $50 apply if available.
Check out latest 10am or $50 fee apply. Late check out must be asked in advance as we have a busy schedule.

* We don’t accept more people than number of guests booked. All bookings are required to book for number of guests come in the house, not number of guests sleep over.
* Guests are required to pay for house DAMAGES if any.
* No Pet
* Indoor shoes only inside the house, no high heels inside
* Avoid eating in bed
* All appliances, air-conditioner, heater (except fridge) to turn off when no one at home
* Guests don’t have access to garage
* All Guests must do general tidy up, wash all dishes, empty the fridge, all rubbish to large bins outsite before check out
* Our family live upstairs, you hear noise from us but we are easy going and give you all privacy

* Please be aware Corvid travel restrictions, lockdowns, pandemic are no longer considered extenuation circumstances. Our cancellation policy still applies in case of travel restrictions due to Corvid. Therefore, please make sure to read our cancellation policy carefully before booking and purchase travel insurance in case of lockdowns and other Corvid related cancellations.

Sometimes we replace new furniture, linens and decorations to refresh the house but don’t update our pictures
