This breathtaking architectural gem in beachside Coogee will delight any discerning traveller with its exquisite modern charm.

As you enter the property, you are welcomed by a decorative courtyard, complete with ornamental pond. This sets the scene for the sense of nature that flows throughout this gorgeous home, which has retained a strong sense of natural calm alongside it’s architectural steel frames.

The ground floor of this stunning property boasts metropolitan living at it’s finest.

The modern glass opulence of the spacious, double-height, living room makes it a gorgeous space to recline. An added cosiness is delivered by a large double faced fireplace, with brickwork evoking a nod to the rustic.

The open plan room gives you access to the two open plan kitchens, the inside featuring a butler's pantry of dreams for the culinarily inclined. The other an inside to outside kitchen that can be opened up by the glass sliding doors to the undercover outside area.

There is also a large dining table, which is the perfect place to relax on milder evenings.

You are surrounded by exquisite gardens, blending the space between indoors and outdoors. The central garden offers a pool, and grassy spaces for children to play. A large outdoor dining area with barbeque overlooks the pool, which is the perfect setting for long summer days. There is also a full gym, and sunbathing areas for the adults to enjoy.

The first of the five bedrooms in this deluxe house is found downstairs, with an ensuite featuring a large walk in shower.

A feature panelled staircase winds its way through the centre of the house - a fabulous balance of design and function. On the first floor up, you are greeted by a small sitting area and study, opening into a larger sitting room which all guests can enjoy.

A corridor separates the left and right bedrooms of the house.

On one side, is the master suite with a curved ceiling, cocooning you in comfort. There is also a walk-in wardrobe, leading to a full ensuite for an added touch of glamour, space and privacy.

On the other side of the house you will find another lounge room complete with comfortable couches and a full size TV. The first of the loft bedrooms complete with a queen bed, this has close access to a shower, toilet and basin area.

The final two loft bedrooms have a mezzanine. There is a single bed on the lower, and a queen on the upper floors. Full length sliding doors open onto the roof terrace, so that you can wake up and step into the morning sunlight. This is a fantastic hideaway for teens.

When not enjoying this stunning home, you’ll find the perfect vacation is to be had discovering the upmarket surfer vibes of Coogee. The golden sands and crystal waters of Coogee beach are the best the area has to offer. Surrounded by vibrant bars and an exquisite food scene, you couldn’t be in a more effervescent neighbourhood.

Points of interest

Coogee Beach is the obvious choice to swim, surf and soak up the sun, or if you’re feeling more adventurous take the mesmerizing Coogee to Bondi coastal walk.
Check out Coogee Pavilion, the obvious multi-level beachside choice of hangout. which boasts a wood-fired pizza oven, oyster bar, juice cart, flower stall and playground kitted out with three ping-pong tables, giant Scrabble board and blocks. Upstairs is a rooftop bar with gorgeous views. Genteel in the day, this bar really comes alive at night.
A fantastic secret spot is McIvers Ladies’ Baths, just a 17 minute walk away. The cliff-side swimming spot is one of the most private places to bathe in all of Sydney. The view is stunning too!
Just on your doorstep are a handful of great coffee shops, where you can pick up some of the best flat whites in Australia.
