This place is truly unique. A new, free-standing home in a quiet cul de sac, set back from the road, in a pretty and lovely residential suburb.

Perfectly located between: Centennial Park (2 mins walk), Bronte beach (8 min drive), Bondi Junction shopping centre & train station (8 min drive) + 20 min bus/train to city centre.

This is a modern, beautiful and extremely well-designed self-contained small home.
Sustainably designed with CLT timber to stay cool in the summer, and warm in the winter. With ceiling fans in both main living rooms + an evaporative cooler + ample glass windows: it is airy, light, cool + well ventilated.

With it's own entrance off a quiet laneway, the space is private and has an indoor/outdoor space within the building.

The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you'll need.

You will love your stay here, it will be peaceful, comfortable and close to all that Sydney has to offer.

Regarding the lack of reviews on this property…
To date there has only been one long stay here of quite a few weeks, for which I will get a review early September.
Suffice to say they are very happy with the property and the whole experience. Suffice to say they were very happy with the property and the experience they had with me.
