Avalon Beach Retreat is an air-conditioned beach holiday home very close to the beach on the Barrenjoey Peninsula.

We used the lockdowns to renovate and now the freshly painted bedrooms have beautiful new spotted gum floors!

We are now Eco friendly and solar powered by day!

This recently renovated three bedroom cottage is only a short, 2 minute stroll to North Avalon beach where guests have access to a world famous surf break, rock and beach fishing and ocean pool. Take a leisurely morning stroll along the beach and start the day with an awe inspiring sunrise.

The home is neat and clean with accommodation comprising a large open plan living area, three bedrooms, new bathroom and internal laundry. The living area features spotted gum timber floors, gorgeous timber and leather furniture and pool table.

The bedrooms have a fun, beachy feel and can sleep up to seven adults. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the new, second bedroom, has a queen bed and the third bedroom has double bunks plus a single bed.

The home is located in the quite residential enclave of North Avalon.

A short 2 minutes stroll to the beach, and only a 10 minute, level walk to Avalon village for cafes, restaurants, cinema and shops, this property is a unique and rare offering to people who love holidaying close to the beach.

Avalon Beach Retreat is one of two houses on a large subdivided block. Both are completely separate and fenced and have their own entrances on opposite sides of the property and gardens. Its no different to having neighbours on the side except its quieter because you are away from the road. Only the parking area at the front of the property is shared. I live in the house at the front of the block . Only the parking area at the front of the property is shared. Your car space is straight up the drive.
