There are 3 bedrooms in the main house. The Master bedroom comes with an ensuite as well to add to the comfort. There are also 2 more bedrooms on the top level of the house – one with 2 single beds and one with a single plus trundle together with a full extra bathroom as well.

Make your way downstairs to the Kids TV room. Here they can relax by themselves or enjoy a game of table tennis on the terrace whilst the parents can soak up the views on the Front Balcony. The huge Kitchen, Living and Dining room cover the whole front of the house opening up to the undercover balcony. Fire up the BBQ, sit back with your favourite drink and let yourself drift away.

On the lower level of the house is the perfect teenagers retreat or Au-Pair’s room. Fitted out with a bathroom as well as a small kitchenette and double bed together with separate lounge area and TV, this area is ideal for someone who wants a little more privacy or their own getaway. This area is separate from the main house with external access only.

There is also Wireless internet in the house for those who need to stay in touch with the outside world but you could be easily forgiven for turning off all electronic devices and just sitting back enjoying your own piece of heaven.

Perfectly located between Palm Beach and Whale Beach with an easy walk to each, Ballena is available all year round for rentals with a 1 week min on stays over the summer months and weekends available at other times. With stunning views and all the comforts you could want in a holiday house, it is one of the best locations for a family holiday.
