• There is AC upstairs but not downstairs, the house is designed to make the most of the breezes so its not needed downstairs!

• The outside terrace has an awning so you can hide in the shade and still be outside.

• There is no Foxtel but the TVs are smart TVs and have Netflix and Stan access.
