For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. The Neighborhood:
Balmoral beach is a beautiful beach, with great access to the city. You could easily spend a weekend enjoying the sunshine on the beach without wanting to leave the neighborhood. Up in Mosman there are plenty of shops and more places to eat, or catch a bus into the CBD to see all that Sydney has to offer.

A few steps from the front door we've got:
The Beach! Also cafes for breakfast/lunch, a famous fish and chip shop as well as a recently opened Greek restaurant. Also, the bottle shop down the street is open 8am-8pm for drinks as well as the essentials (eggs, bread etc).

Getting Around:
The 238 and 114 buses are just steps from the front door. The 238 bus takes you on a very short (under 10 minute) bus ride to Taronga Zoo where you can take an iconic Sydney Harbour Ferry direct to Circular Quay, with beautiful views of the Sydney Opera House on the way. The 114 bus takes you along Military Road, and a simple change takes you on one of the many fast city buses direct to Wynyard.

The management reserves the right to request for photo IDs of all guests staying for security purposes. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
