This spacious renovated open planned living home has 3 bedrooms and is close to scenic beaches, bush land, cafes and restaurants.

Only a 15 minute walk to South Steyne Beach and a 25 minute stroll to famous Manly Beach, where you will find cafes, restaurants and activities to suit everyone.

The modern light filled kitchen is fully equipped and includes a 3 meter island bench and a 8 seater table that leads onto the garden with an outdoor deck seating area and gas BBQ.

The kitchen and deck also flow onto the living area and a secluded outdoor courtyard.

Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, built-in wardrobes and all linen, towels and beach towels are provided:

The third a single bed, a set of bunks
The sunroom has a queen size bed

The main bathroom has a walk in shower and the original retro style second has both a full bath and shower.

Getting Around

A five minute walk leads you to a bus transport hub that easily takes you into the city CBD or to explore many of the beautiful beaches and suburbs of the Northern Beaches.

Alternatively you can drive (10 minutes) or walk (30 minutes) to Manly wharf and cruise into Sydney CBD on a ferry.
