This newly listed unique home is situated right on Gibsons' beach in peaceful surroundings in the beautiful and exclusive harbourside village of Watsons' Bay.

The house has lots of living areas, large kitchen, BBQ and Al fresco dining on the terrace, as well as an outside breakfast area. The main bedroom has an en-suite and dressing room.

Upstairs there are three more bedrooms, a queen bed and lounge, another with a double bed and the third bedroom has a pair of double bunks. There is a child’s cot available if required. A separate bathroom with shower, bath and WC. There are 4 bedrooms in total, altogether.

Downstairs area there is a rumpus room with lounges, t.v. and piano.
There is a small private granny-flat attached, which is occupied by one quiet gentleman.

There are harbour and beach views from every room in this lovely house.

ATTRACTIONS

The area has a wonderful and safe village feel. A short walk takes you to the world famous Doyles' Restaurant, the Watson's Bay Pub, Ferry Wharf and frequent bus services to the city. Next to a National Park, there are many beautiful bush and cliff top walks and historic landmarks. If you enjoy fishing… we recently managed to catch a very tasty fish, from our balcony.

The closest beach is Gibson's Beach, right on your doorstep and you are welcome to use our family size kayak and stand-up paddle board.
Another beach, Camp Cove - about 15 minutes walk, also offers pristine waters and is excellent for swimming, snorkeling and diving.

Because the house is situated right on the beach, we have a NO SHOES IN THE HOUSE Policy. There is also another request that food and drink is kept away from the off-white carpeted areas. Thank you.

There is a little granny flat under the house very private where the maintenance person of the property lives.
