Commanding mesmerising uninterrupted ocean views, this top floor North East facing apartment has three private balconies and is located in a security building directly opposite the lush expanse of Marks Park in Tamarama. With the famed Bondi to Bronte walk at its door and Tamarama and Bondi beaches just moments away, this really is a perfect place to explore the wonders of the famed Tamarama/Bondi lifestyle.

This bright and stylish air conditioned apartment has the added benefit of it s own off street parking space and has been completely refurbished capturing the laid back beach vibe synonymous with Tamarama. A modern fully equipped kitchen flows to the living and dining area with it s rich timber flooring and contemporary furnishings. The main balcony can be accessed directly from the main living area where you can enjoy the cooling summer breezes and sit and watch the migrating whales go by.

The master bedroom has plenty of storage and it s own private balcony which faces due North capturing a magnificent view of the iconic Bondi Beach. Bedroom two also has a view of Bondi and plenty of storage. The family bathroom features a shower as well as a bath and there is also a laundry room with washer and a handy additional WC.

While golden sands, turquoise waters and perfect waves make Tamarama and Bondi Beach iconic Sydney attractions, there is plenty to do beyond the surf. Fine dining, eclectic shopping markets, gorgeous coastal walks and a buzzing nightlife can all be experienced in Bondi, now one of Sydney s most exciting emerging restaurant scenes.

Bondi Junction shopping centre is just a stone throw away and is easily accessible by taxi, train, bus and so close even a leisurely stroll can get you there. There is a huge Westfield shopping centre in with an array of boutiques, department stores and specialty shops. From Bondi Junction you can easily catch a train or a bus into the CBD + Circular Quay or to Bondi Beach, Bronte Beach, Coogee or Paddington.
