Spacious and comfortable with ocean and headland views. Located in the heart of Manly between the beach and ferry wharf. Close to supermarkets and all amenities, including Harbour ferries and buses. Sofa bed available with extra charge of $50 per person per night in excess of 2 people (maximum 4). Must be advised prior if requiring make up of sofa bed. There is a linen charge even if only for 2 people of $50.
A funky apartment set over two split levels, with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs and the living room, kitchen and sunny balcony downstairs. Beach views from the balcony and oval and a glimpse of the harbour from the bedroom windows.
You can cook yourself a meal or go to any number of world class cafe’s and restaurants all within a 500 metre radius. The aspect is East to West. Enjoy breakfast on the sunny balcony overlooking the ocean.
Very central location, walk out your door to enjoy weekend street markets, a short trip to the supermarket or pub or explore the surrounding bays and beaches.
Resident access to the communal rooftop area which has a large entertainment space with great views, free BBQ area, sun lounges and plunge pool (subject to Covid19 restrictions at the time).
If you need to do some washing there are four laundries each with two washing machines and two dryers, all coin operated taking 3 x $1 coins. This area is shared with other occupants of the building and is common area.
It is a Security building with two lifts to all levels and free security parking on site. No Air-conditioning.
