The bathroom features a shower and also separate bath perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach.
The heart of this home is the kitchen, fully equipped with cookware, dinnerware, cutlery and glassware, you'll have everything you need to prepare delicious meals. With Woolworths only a few minutes away for all your groceries the location is perfect. The kitchen features kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, family size refrigerator and freezer, cooktop, oven and microwave. There is also a washing machine in the apartment perfect for a long stay.
The property has everything you need to enjoy a short or long stay, we manage the property on behalf of the owner and believe we offer a 5 star service.

There is a Minut home sensor in the living room, this reacts if sound levels exceed a certain threshold for too long and sends us a notification if some alarms are touched. This is your perfect Bondi Escape.

Home Truths:
- Main bedroom has a Rennai portable air conditioning unit, the other bedroom and lounge area have portable bladeless cool fans / heaters. There are fly screens throughout the entire property and being so close to the beach you may wish to open the place up to experience the sea breeze.
- The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a small apartment block approximately 6 flights of stairs, there is no lift in this small complex
- There are building works across the street, the bedrooms are at the back of the property
- The washing machine is in the kitchen and we do supply 2 portable clothes airers, perfect to dry towels on the balcony with the sea breeze
- Parking is a dedicated driveway space fitting large vehicles including SUV’s which is hard to find so close to the beach. There is a fold down parking bollard. If parking ensure you put the bollard back up when you are going and coming back.

We will meet you on arrival to show you through the property. You have full private use of the apartment during your reservation. We are available by message or using the number we provide you after booking.
