We especially love the dedicated parking space located at the back of the property perfect to unload your bags and relax after a day at the beach without having to think about it.

• Single level home with easy access
• The property is an older style semi detached home which is typical of the Bondi area, the owners have ensured that time was taken to ensure the property is fit out to be comfortable before they return.
• One private dedicated parking space at the back of the property is open air, driveway space fits a large family car.
• The property has a few stairs inside and one from the street. There are stairs leading from the bedrooms down to bathroom and one more down from the kitchen to the 2nd living space
• Being in Sydney we are a diverse country with native pests, leaving the windows and doors open may attract them inside especially at dusk.
• There is a second toilet in the laundry area however as it is an older one an unrenovated we always keep it closed. It isn't part of the listing either.
The property has everything you need to enjoy a short or long stay, the property has separate split air conditioning units in the main bedroom and lounge area. The second bedroom has a ceiling fan.
We can offer regular cleaning at an additional fee which can be arranged with 48 hours minimum notice. We are happy to do what's needed for your stay and below in other things to note you will find a lot more detail.
