A sunroom that overlooks the back garden doubles as an office space.
It is close to all the amenities Bondi has to offer; beautiful coastal walks, local beaches, restaurants, cafes, local health spas, fresh produce weekend markets, local transport.
Guest access
Wifi, Chromecast, flatscreeen TV, dishwasher, internal laundry, external clothesline, backyard, BBQ, outdoor furniture for entertaining, office space, bed linen, towels (including beach towels).
In addition, guests can help themselves to spices, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar and other cooking sauces, detergent, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, and toilet paper. I know how annoying it is to have to buy all these things when you are on holidays.
Other things to note
The apartment is non smoking. If you want to smoke, I insist you do so in the backyard and you dispose of your butts thoughtfully.
There is a no party policy.
It is a quiet apartment block, so please respect your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
