From its first floor position, a sensational north-easterly aspect floods the apartment with natural light. With generous proportions and a great sense of space this really is a unique place to call home. Light and bright; elegant coastal interiors and lime washed timber flooring throughout complement the period features and with stunning views from the open plan living area and two main bedrooms this apartment provides a totally unique Coogee experience.

The recently renovated interiors offer a beautifully designed open-plan layout which includes a dining area with room for the whole family. The well equipped kitchen is sleek with Caesar stone bench tops, stainless steel Bosch appliances and provides an ideal area for those who love to cook.

Moving down the corridor you will find three generous bedrooms. The master suite has a large built-in wardrobe and enjoys a private ensuite. The second bedroom accommodates two with queen bed and another built-in wardrobe. The third bedroom has room to spare with a comfortable king single bed. Situated right in the middle of the famous Coogee strip, you are only a short stroll to the beach and an abundance of gourmet restaurants and cafes. There are many bus routes that will deliver you to some great shopping at Bondi Junction or, should you wish to venture further afield to visit the famous Sydney landmarks of the Opera House, Harbour Bridge and much more, there is easy access to the city as well. For those of you that are keen to enjoy some exercise, spectacular coastal scenery and walkways are just 2 minutes from your door.
