What We Love

This multi-level, self-contained townhouse is centrally positioned in a wonderful location, just 150 metres from the beach! With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is an ideal home for relaxed family getaways that can accommodate up to 5 guests. The third bedroom is a study than can convert to a bedroom with sofa bed.

The spacious, open-plan design is complemented by rich wood décor that evokes a Balinese style, reminiscent of a tropical retreat. Bright pops of colour and artwork throughout the home add to the charm and uniqueness of this rare find.

Should you need to work in style, there is a study downstairs as well as a large kitchen/living area. Leave the doors open for fresh coastal air and a view of the ground-floor deck. This deck is abundant in bamboo and potted greenery for privacy and ambience. A hammock is ready and waiting for you to relax in on warm days and balmy spring evenings. The gas BBQ and nearby bistro table with seating is perfect for alfresco dining possibilities.

The first floor bedroom features a queen-sized bed with ornate wood headboard and impressive bookshelf. There is a separate sofa bed on this level in the study/third bedroom, and an eye-catching bathroom that features a claw foot bathtub with overhead shower.

Upstairs, the crisp white kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and sleek stainless-steel finishes. The kitchen opens to the main living room with a plush lounge suite and additional seating to recline on. The television is equipped with Apple TV and a connected sound system. The nearby wooden dining table offers gorgeous views of mature palm trees and surroundings.

There is a second gorgeous outdoor deck that is the perfect place to unwind with a good read, or delicious summery drink on relaxed seating under the sunshade umbrella. Further upstairs, you’ll find the master suite which features a queen bed, thoughtful furnishings and more beautiful views from the courtyard that is off the master bedroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans for climate control and comfort! There is wet room style ensuite off from the master bedroom with shower and toilet.

This Eastern Beaches home is ideally positioned two minutes walking distance (150 metres) from Coogee beachfront. It is near a variety of local cafés, restaurants, parks and much more!

Points of Interest

The renowned Coogee to Bondi coastal walk is a beautiful way to explore the area with the ocean as the backdrop (and ice cream, drink and saltwater swimming pitstops along the way!)
Just north of Coogee is Gordon’s Bay, a beautiful oceanic spot with lots of wildlife and excellent snorkelling thanks to the 600m underwater marine trail. When not in the ocean, take a dip in one of Coogee’s many ocean pools, such as Wylie’s Baths or Giles Baths
Feel like dining out? Treat your tastebuds to some delicious Italian at La Spiaggia or French cuisine (including all-day crepes) at Café De France
For an Asian feast, you can’t go past local favourite Sugarcane, or Chat Thai – both offer an array of mouth-watering, fresh and delicious cuisine
