Step inside this penthouse-style apartment and you’ll be immediately invited to kick back and relax. It features open plan living and dining flowing to an oversized balcony, framing views across Botany Bay toward the city skyline. Watch as the sun sets overhead, while enjoying an alfresco meal. There is a plush sofa, TV and books catering to your entertainment needs and a four-person dining table, or dedicated workspace. In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you could need to cook up a storm, including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Sleep easy in two sumptuous bedrooms. Both are fitted with queen-sized beds and topped in crisp white linens. Black-out blinds and air-conditioning help to ensure a good night’s sleep. The master bedroom benefits from direct balcony access, a built-in wardrobe and a high-end ensuite bathroom. Within the main bathroom, there’s a spacious shower, toilet and mirrored vanity kitted with complimentary toiletries. Guests will also have access to internal laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer for your stay.
The apartment comes with secure undercover parking for one car and direct lift access.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
~Long Stays~
Stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional $120 fee, charged separately, to cover the cost of a deep clean and maintain the property's cleanliness after an extended stay. In-stay cleans are available for $275 and include a full cleaning service with professionally laundered fresh linen.
~ Baby Items ~
There is a portable travel cot available at the property which we can set up for you if requested. Unless specified, the portable travel cot will be placed in the primary bedroom of the property.
Note that our portable travel cots do not come with linens (sheets) or pillows. You would need to supply these items yourself. The property also has a highchair available, which we can have set up for you if requested.
~ Tiny Visitors ~
Sydney is a warm, urban city, and occasionally a bug or two may find its way inside, sometimes through a window or balcony door. This property has been professionally treated at the start of summer and a spray is provided as a backup. This can occur and is quite common in city homes, and does not reflect the cleanliness of the property.
Sustainable, refillable toiletries are provided and are intended to be reused, not discarded. These items help reduce single-use plastic waste. If any bottles are thrown away or removed, replacement costs will be charged to the guest.
