What We Love

This bright and sunny family home is the place to be year round. Enjoy this great location less than a 5 minute walk to Bronte Beach, very convenient for a refreshing swim on a hot day!

With 4 large bedrooms that are all air-conditioned and 2 bathrooms, this house was designed for families and large groups. The main bedroom downstairs is perfect for work from home setup. It is equipped with a desk and a chair in a mini office setup.

The spacious outdoor entertainment area with outdoor dining and a BBQ grill is perfect for holiday feasts and special occasions.

The kitchen which is a separate area from the living and dining area is fully equipped with must have appliances. Make your favorite coffee and sit by the kitchen bar while waiting for that breakfast to cook. There's also fridge large enough to keep your food for the whole week! A microwave to reheat your food on a lazy day and a dishwasher to keep the dishes and cutleries clean.

Just beside the kitchen is the laundry area and the downstairs bathroom. And out at the back is an outdoor shower perfect for a rinse after a day at the beach.

The Location:

Bronte has something for everyone, whatever pace you had in mind. Theres the stunning coastal walk to Bondi, the Bogey Hole rock pool for the littlies, a lap pool for the serious swimmers and of course, those famous surf breaks for the board riders.

Off the beach work your way through Macpherson Streets collection of cafes and restaurants, or grab some fish and chips and enjoy a picnic in the park.

Take a walk to Bronte Beach, a postcard-perfect stretch of Sydney sand, framed with sandstone cliffs, two rock pools check out the man-made Bronte Baths and the Bronte Rock Pool, or Bogey Hole where the rocks have formed a natural lagoon.
Great surfing area for beginners and seasoned surfers.
Bring the whole family for a picnic at the Bronte Park. Take advantage of the public barbecue facilities, a kids playground and plenty of trees that provide shade from the sun, as well as a kiosk.
Don't miss out on the menu's at some of the most sought after cafe's and restaurants in the area. - The Bogey Hole Caf for breakfast, brunch and lunch while enjoying the ocean views. Iggys Bread Down Under - watch the sunrise before picking up a coffee and some of Iggys bread talk about a perfect way to start the day!
