“Bynya” is a lovely beach house retreat perched above the tranquil waters of Pittwater and just a minute’s walk to the exclusive Jonah’s restaurant at Whale Beach.

This beautifully laid out home has been created by the owners to gain the most of its position and to ensure simplicity and comfort.

The main (entry) level comprises a spacious lounge and dining with long timber bench, and a modern galley kitchen with integrated appliances and breakfast bar. Bi fold doors open to the generous deck with BBQ and timber dining table with seating for eight - ideal for al fresco dining and enjoying the rich and colourful sunsets over Pittwater.

The master queen bedroom on this level has an en suite bathroom and its own sitting room and opens to a covered deck with filtered water views.

The lower level has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A large Queen bedroom with its own ensuite which opens out to a spacious deck. with water views. There is also a second queen bedroom and a third bedroom with two single beds. The main bathroom has both a shower and a bath.

Additionally there is a double under cover carport, internal laundry and security alarm.
