This contemporary space has recently been tastefully outfitted, with a vibrant splash of colour and offers everything you need to settle into the buzz of city life. This charming apartment welcomes you as you walk along the entrance corridor, passing the galley kitchen fitted out with stainless steel appliances; perfect for preparing your favourite tasty treats. As you make your way toward the balcony, the open plan living area pans out before you and offers a surprising, light filled space to entertain family and friends. Continue around the corner and you discover the large bedroom with a spacious wardrobe and ensuite. The bedroom has been carefully concealed by the wardrobe to offer a private and generously sized space that is not in full view from the rest of the living area. A 10 minute walk will get you into the city, to Art house film venues or to Prince Alfred Park. This location is a food, fashion and entertainment hub to help you make the most of what Sydney has to offer. You can walk into the CBD or access the fast broadband and work from here. Trains and buses are only a few minutes walk down the hill to Central Station.
