Chanticleer Gardens Barn/cottage, Arcadia

Chanticleer Gardens is a beautiful five acre English style country garden situated in the Arcadian district of Sydney with a charming barn now converted into a Hampton’s style Cottage. It oozes romance and that weekend “getaway to the country” feel and is ideal for a group of friends to escape the city or a family stay.
This country retreat offers a two bedroom cottage with two bathrooms, an open plan kitchen, dinning and a large cathedral ceiling lounge-room with a fireplace to snuggle around in winter. It is fully airconditioned.
Cafe style windows and French doors open onto an expansive covered verandah with views of a magnificent garden and rural acreage.
It is separated and secluded from the main residence, by a long avenue of Golden Elm Trees.
The pool is situated within the main residence and is not shared.
It sleeps 4-6 adults comfortably or 4 adults plus up to 3 children
The queen bedroom sleeps 2 with an extra bed possible for a small child.
The 2nd bedroom is the Cockatoo Studio and can be arranged as a king bed with a single sofa bed and an extra single or 4 singles altogether.
The lounge has a double sofa bed and another single can be put
Hire of the Barn cottage for 2 days allows you to have the small intimate dinner party , bridal shower, baby shower or a small wedding.
Under bnb regulation the maximum visitors is 10 plus 6 overnight guests so small functions of up to 16 can be accommodated for.
A small intimate wedding ceremony with our celebrant is available but comes at an extra charge.
We can offer the services of a local chef for catering or you can arrange your own
