The full-sized kitchen with a breakfast bar and new appliances is a chef’s dream, perfect for preparing meals. It’s fully stocked with an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, coffee plunger, and all the plates, glasses, cutlery, and cooking amenities you could need. Tea, coffee, and pantry essentials are also provided.
A washer / dryer is provided and there are numerous dry cleaners and self-serve laundromats within an easy walk.

Full access to the whole apartment with private, ground floor street entrance and security door which opens straight onto the street, so you will not need to climb stairs or interact with others in the building.
Keys can be collected 24 hours a day, any time after 2pm check-in.
Full reverse-cycle (hot/cold) air conditioning system with remote control.
High-speed wifi internet included with Netflix and Stan entertainment streaming services on a flat-screen TV.
Other things to note
The apartment has one large King sized bed which is very comfortable to sleep two people.
It also has a single pull-out bed for a third person.
If you book for 2 people, there is one set of linen provided for the main king bed. If you book for 3 people there is a second set of linen provided for the pull-out bed.
The pull out bed will not be pulled out or made up when you arrive to save space. It is very simple to pull the bed out and instructions are provided.
If you are booking for 2 people who require separate beds and linen, there is an additional linen charge of $35 and it's important you let me know if you require a second linen set when you book,.
