We manage the property on behalf of the owner,
- This is a coastal property so leaving windows open may lead to insects flying in.
- There is no parking included with the property we suggest using Park Hound or Spacer to rent out a neighbours garage or driveway should you have a car. You could also use GoGet to hire a car for a few hours or the day. There are plenty of Ubers also readily available in the area.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the full apartment. The apartment is in a building with 12 other apartments so the entry to the building is shared common space.
To get to the entry, you can either come from Jaques Avenue where you can also find street paid parking or the main Lamrock Avenue to reach the main entry of the building. The apartment is located on level one.
