Welcome to The Treehouse, a light-filled 3-bedroom Mosman home tucked above the street among the trees, just a 400m walk from Balmoral Beach.
Set high above the road, the home feels private, calm and removed from the bustle, while still being close to the beach, cafés and local restaurants.
It’s an easy base for families, couples travelling together, or longer beachside stays, with room for up to six guests across one king bedroom, one queen bedroom and one twin room.
Inside, the home is relaxed and comfortable, with generous open-plan living, a large entertaining deck and a casual coastal feel throughout. The stone kitchen is fitted with SMEG appliances, including a built-in coffee machine, making it easy to settle in for anything from a quick morning coffee to dinner at home.
The house is fully air-conditioned with ducted reverse-cycle heating and cooling, and all windows and doors are screened so you can enjoy the breeze without inviting the outdoors in.
After a day at the beach, guests can unwind with Foxtel on the large TV or retreat to the main bedroom, which includes an ensuite with a generous double shower.
You’re also well placed to enjoy Mosman at its best, Balmoral Beach is close by, with waterfront dining, cafés, scenic walks and easy access to Mosman’s shopping and restaurant precinct.
Please note: access to the home requires walking up approximately 48 steps from street level to the front door, so it is best suited to guests who are comfortable with stairs.

You’re also within easy reach of Mosman’s cafés, boutique shopping, gourmet grocers and local restaurants, making the home an easy base whether you’re planning beach days, long lunches or a quieter stay close to home.
This part of Mosman is especially appealing for guests who want a relaxed coastal stay without giving up convenience.

- Bookings less than 24 hours before the stay need to present their drivers license

- Do not have more guests than what we quoted in your reservation
- No video productions, no recordings, no media
- Take off shoes at the door
- Self check in to the property
- Leave the Accommodation in the same condition as you find it
- Please respect our neighbours. Fines may apply for excessive noise if reported. If any neighbours report excessive noise, your vacation rental agreement could be terminated and you’ll be asked to leave our property. Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the rental amount.
- If you break something, please let us know so that we can replace it for the next guests
- No Smoking inside the property. $500 fine applies.
- No illegal substances allowed.
- Please turn off the air conditioning units when you go outside. When using Air conditioning units, to be kind to the environment, please keep the temperature set to 24 degrees.
- Please clean up the dishes and take out any garbage before you leave the property.
- We ask that our guests be so kind as to dispose of food in the available garbage bin. Any paper waste should be placed in the green recycling bin.
- Please do not try to flush any sanitary products or baby wipes down the toilet. We have provided bins for this in both bathrooms.
- Children should at all times be supervised at our property by adults. Guests are responsible for the safety of their children at all times.
- Please close all windows and lock the front door when leaving the premises.
- No candles or naked flames of any type allowed in or on the property
- Quiet hours between 11pm and 7am
- Guests should have relevant travel insurance for any broken or lost personal items
- Failure to follow any of these house rules is a breach of the terms and conditions of your reservation.
- If anything in our House Rules is unclear, please contact us.
- We reserve the right to evict any guest or visitor who fails to adhere to our House Rules.
- The Properties managed by us are Owner’s homes. Items will be left for Guests to use throughout their stay (e.g. pantry goods, kids toys, sports equipment etc) with items not for use locked away at the Property. Guest’s are to respect the Owner’s desires and not use items that have been purposefully and obviously locked away and/or covered up and are not for Guest use.
- Please note, if a guest loses the keys it’s a $100 charge to replace them.
