Set below street level in a classic brick complex, this ground-floor studio offers laid-back coastal living. Inside, a bright, open-plan living area features a large TV, and split-system air conditioning and heating, inviting you to rest in year-round comfort.
Prepare simple meals in the kitchenette, equipped with an oven, stove, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, French press, and cooking essentials. Enjoy your meals at the round dining table with seating for four. After dining, step out onto the private patio, furnished with outdoor chairs —ideal for unwinding in the fresh coastal air.
After a beach day, retreat to the sleeping area, thoughtfully arranged for relaxation and flow. Sink into the queen bed, surrounded by soft lighting from matching bedside lamps and convenient clothing storage. Blackout blinds ensure a restful sleep. Just steps away, the ensuite bathroom features a refreshing walk-in shower and everything you need to unwind and recharge for the day ahead.
While there’s no in-unit laundry, the nearest laundromat is just a three-minute walk from home. A drying rack, iron, and thoughtful extras like wine glasses and hangers are provided to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay. While there is no on-site parking, the nearest bus stop is just two minutes away. Please note, to access the property, you will need to climb down steps to reach the entrance of the unit.
The sofa bed will be set up for groups of more than two guests. For two guests or fewer, there is an $80 fee for setup, which includes linens and towels. Please let us know in advance if you want to use the sofa bed, as it won't be prepared otherwise.
