On the western side of the house you are blessed with fantastic views over Pittwater and across to Portuguese Beach and the Basin whilst on the eastern side of the house is a fantastic lawn and garden area and a heated plunge pool for those wanting to have a splash.

The Master bedroom is also on the main level of the house and has all the comforts including a King bed, walk in robe and ensuite as well as direct access out into the garden.

Head downstairs and you are greeted with a fantastic view into the swimming pool through a glass wall behind the staircase. Downstairs there is a second living room and three more bedrooms. Pool heating is optional price on request. All bedrooms have ensuites and are all queen beds so it is perfect for a family wanting all of the comforts.
