Guest Access: The whole apartment is yours to use and enjoy - you will be provided with a set of keys for the duration of your stay. Laundry can be done in the shared laundry within the building, and there are also laundromats and dry cleaners within a short walking distance. Please be aware that there is no lift and the apartment is accessed via stairs.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
The Neighborhood: Potts Point is one of Sydney's oldest and most dynamic inner city neighbourhoods, where historic buildings and grandiose mansions meet a vibrant nightlife and cafe culture. It is a melting pot of cultures and people, and its proximity to the harbour, CBD, transport and dining is unparalleled. On weekends visit the nearby Farmers Market for organic groceries, easily walk to Sydney harbour, Woolloomooloo Finger Wharf, Sydney Botanic Gardens, Boy Charlton Swimming Pool, and the Art Gallery of NSW, or explore the glorious parks and gardens surrounding Elizabeth Bay and Rushcutters Bay.
Getting Around: Kings Cross train station is within 2 mins walking distance, and provides access to the city and eastern suburbs. 15-20 minutes walk into the city. 30 minutes by public transport to Sydney's iconic Bondi Beach. There is on-street parking often available, however it is time restricted.
Other Things to Note: Please note that a copy of valid photo ID of all adult guests staying is required after booking. The management reserves the right to request for photo IDs of all guests staying for security purposes. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
