The owners of this beautiful semi are looking to let out their home for the short term so this one really feels warm and homely. Best of all, it’s terrifically positioned to take advantage of the Sydney Eastern suburbs beachy lifestyle.

The master bedroom, pretty as a picture with stunning original coloured glass windows set off by the white walls and linen, sits at the front of the property. It boasts a King bed and mirrored robe.

The second bedroom, kitted out with lots of kids’ toys and books, has a triple bunk (double below, single above). The third bedroom has a King single bed and a sofa (not a sofa bed but it can sleep an additional guest, if needed). Both also contain mirrored wardrobes and all linen is provided.

The main bathroom has a shower over the bathtub, a vanity and toilet. There is a second newly renovated internal laundry/bathroom off the kitchen area.

The light and bright open plan living area sits at the back of the house. With high ornate ceilings, picture rails and floorboards, its recent renovation has been sympathetic and the decor combines style with functionality. A large modular sofa, Wifi and a smart TV offer modern convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for an extended stay and includes a dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The dining suite next to the kitchen seats 6 and there is additional space on the undercover terrace, accessed through french doors, where you’ll enjoy a wine while cooking up a storm on the BBQ, Ducted heating/air conditioning and an outdoor hot shower to rinse off the sand when you get back from the beach are all there for your comfort.

Pets are considered, and with a small garden and even the perfect wall for family handball, you’ll make some special family memories here!
Tucked away in a peaceful street two blocks back from the beach, the setting is ideal. With a host of amenities round the corner, including a supermarket and bottle shop, as well as a wide range of cafes and restaurants leading to the beach, it’s got everything you need close by. From Coogee Oval for some green space, to rockpools, a playground and an abundance of coastal walks, there is something for everyone.

Coogee Hotel and Coogee Pavilion are iconic eateries, and the famous Sculptures by the Sea is an event to consider factoring into your stay. There are frequent buses from around the corner should you wish to venture further afield to the city or Bondi Westfield. However, just visiting the beaches - a flat walk away along this part of Sydney’s coastline - will provide hours of enjoyment.
