You enter the house on the middle floor of 3, to the left is a modern lounge area with gas fire, to the right is a bedroom with a king bed, whilst directly ahead is an elegantly curved stair that takes you up to the master suite. The master suite consists of a walk-in robe, en-suite bathroom with private terrace, sitting area and king-size bed with panoramic views to Barrenjoey lighthouse and the central coast, down the southern shoreline and around to Pittwater.
Walk past the stairs to find another bedroom on your left with a bunk bed and a very functional designer kitchen and dining area that flows out to the covered deck where you can overlook the pool area and pool-house.
From the kitchen go down another spiral stairs to the ground floor containing a rumpus room that opens out to the pool and grassed area, 2 queen bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchenette and a large living area. One of the bathrooms contains a sauna.
The pool has a grassed seating area inside the fenced enclosure, with a pool house out the back and another grassed area with a trampoline.
The pool house is a great little hideaway and has a bathroom, queen bedroom area and lounge area with 2 single trunk beds
