The Space:
Furniture in the photos are subject to change as upgrades will take place in late November in preparation for Summer. The same modern ambience will be maintained and extra features will be included, such as a portable ping pong table, smart televisions and video games.

- Double bunk bed (double bed on bottom and single bed on top).
- Single mattress kept under bunk bed for added guests

- Sofa bed (fold down back of couch for a flat, cushiony surface)

Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property.

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

The Neighborhood:
Mosman is an elite enclave within 7 km of the city and surrounded by eight harbourside beaches, fashion boutiques, gourmet food and liquor stores along its high street. Many of Sydney's favourite cafes are within walking distance of Balmoral Beach, Mosman Junction and the Sydney Harbour Parklands.

Getting Around:
Parking
- Easy street parking
(Unfortunately strata will not let guests park within the gates of the property)

Public Transport
- 700m walk to the Mosman Ferry (15 mins Ferry to CBD)
- 100m walk to Bus Stop

Other Things to Note:
**Noise**
We appreciate that there will be some noise / music. However, there must be no noise audible from the outside of the property from 10pm as a courtesy to our neighbours.

**Smoking**
Please limit any smoking to the downstairs couch area as it is against strata laws for smoke to enter the common property or neighbours property.

**Rubbish**
Please only put rubbish in the bin labelled *2A*. We have had complaints from our neighbours that guests have put rubbish in the wrong bins which has caused issues.

**Number of Guests**
There are to be only 8 people in the property at any time. You are not permitted to have more than this number at any time (unless you have asked for permission prior to your booking). Any breach of this will result in the instant cancellation of your booking.

Please note that a copy of valid photo ID of all adult guests staying is required after booking. The management reserves the right to request for photo IDs of all guests staying for security purposes. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

Interaction with Guests:
We give guests full privacy but are most welcome to reach out as needed. Simply send a message via the platform you booked. We are also just a phone call away :)
