No air conditioning — the apartment stays comfortable thanks to high ceilings, cross-ventilation and shade, and we provide multiple fans for warmer days and portable heaters for cooler ones. The bathroom is heated.
Internal laundry is not in the apartment. The building has a shared coin-operated laundry (washer and dryer) on the common levels — please bring a small handful of $1 coins. Iron and ironing board are inside the apartment.
The garden the balcony overlooks is communal, shared between the building's twelve apartments.
