Pets are welcome! However, guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Any damages or uncleaned waste left behind may result in additional charges.
★ BAGGAGE STORAGE ★
For safety and security reasons, we are unable to offer baggage storage on the property.

Please enter and exit the home quietly. To respect our neighbors, keep noise levels low between 10 PM and 8 AM. Loud music or disturbances may lead to fines starting from AU$2000 if complaints are received.
★ EXTRA LINENS & TOWELS ★
One towel per guest is provided for the duration of your stay to support our eco-conscious practices. Extra linens are available at AU$35 per set, and additional towels at AU$10 each. Please request in advance if needed.
★ BASIC AMENITIES & KITCHENWARE ★
We provide limited quantities of basic toiletries, household items, and kitchenware. Once these run out, guests are responsible for purchasing more. If you'd like us to restock during your stay, additional charges will apply.
★ KEYS & FOB POLICY ★
Each reservation includes one key and fob set, in line with safety regulations. Extra sets are not provided to maintain security. Lost or misplaced keys may incur locksmith fees starting at AU$500, plus replacement charges.
★ LOCKOUT ASSISTANCE ★
If you need assistance due to being locked out or losing your key, housekeeping support is available for a fee starting from AU$150, depending on the time and location. Locksmith services may also be required.
