The ground floor of our townhouse offers a dedicated reading area with velvet wingback chairs and lamps to enjoy any time of the day. The sprawling book collection in this space evokes a relaxing atmosphere, a good option for a quiet corner away from the rest of the family. If you're visiting Sydney for work, or mixing business with pleasure, catch up on emails or reports and make use of our work station which enjoys high internet speed and printer, ready for you to plug in. All this, set against the tranquility of our private courtyard that is decorated with plants and flowers.
The living area boasts a Samsung 55" Frame TV with Foxtel, a modular lounge with large soft cushions offer homely comforts during your stay, ensuring a relaxing break while you chill in front of the Tele or capture the morning sun. The dining area faces a leafy outlook with balcony while you dine or enjoy breakfast.

The second floor has great cross ventilation offering balconies on either side, making our home cool, private and quiet during the summer months. Open concept with colourful interior styling makes this floor a happy yet playful place.
The top floor has 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, master with ensuite brand new built in wardrobes and carpet flooring making this area chic and modern. Take a pick of, blue and pink baths depending on your mood!
Washer/ dryer for complimentary use. Clothes line is located outside at the rear of the courtyard.

Location, location! Forest Lodge is a tiny suburb wedged between vibrant Glebe and classy Annandale that oozes community with all the benefits of the Inner west vibe just 4km from Sydney's CBD.
Walking is the Way With 'your local strip' Booth Street only a 2 minute walk away you will be able to find all that is required: supermarkets, bottle shop, cafes, restaurants and more. Head up Booth Street to Johnson Street for more of the same, the community bustles with pedestrians and chatter.
A 10 minute venture on the scenic park side/creek walk outside the front door, takes to you the Jubilee Park and the Tramsheds. Walk further along Rozelle Bay and Blackwattle Bay and you'll reach the Fishmarkets. Keep on walking and you will end up at Darling Harbour.
10 minutes in the other direction, University of Sydney, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. Keep going and you are in the bustling streets of Newtown. Check out the fascinating Camperdown Commons whilst in the area, coffee, breakfast or serious dining, all in the one spot.
For exercise you are spoilt for choice with the extraordinary Camperdown Fitness a 5 minute walk up the hill, PCYC Gym 150 meters away, Nomad Bouldering around the corner, pilates up the street and pole dancing a quick skip away!
Catch a bus from anywhere nearby and the world is your oyster. The eclectic Glebe point road, the Italian feel of Leichardt, Broadway shopping, Circular Quay or even Coogee beach.

We know you will enjoy all the homely comforts and hope you don’t mind us setting out some additional guidelines. This executive rental is in a small strata complex and our relationship with our neighbours is extremely important to us:
Please adhere to the following:
1. Check in times are there so we can meet you and answer any questions you may have about our place. Please communicate these clearly to us prior to your arrival.
2. The number of guests gathered in the apartment should not exceed the sleeping capacity of the apartment.
3. This is a secure complex: Do not ‘chock open’ the strata complex gates, the beauty of this complex is its security.
4. Noise must be kept to a minimum level at all times. If any reasonable complaints are received from the neighbouring residents you may be asked to vacate the premises immediately. Your accommodation payment and security deposit will not be refunded.
5. Be respectful of the strata common areas. No activities are to be undertaken or items stored in the common area.
6. Balconies: Do not store rubbish or hang laundry/towels on the balconies. There are ample clothes lines in the complex or use the apartment courtyard if necessary.
7. Please comply with the requirements for disposal of rubbish and follow the strata guidelines in the waste area located in the underground garage area. Strata management is fastidious about the waste and compliance.
8. Visitors parking: Please avoid using the visitor’s car park as there are very few spaces.
9. If the person making the booking is not staying at our place, this must be disclosed and we must have Photo ID prior and upon checking in.
