Inside, the living area is spacious with separate dinning space, complete with a large TV for entertainment. The fully-equipped kitchen provides everything you need for delicious meals at home. The bedrooms are cozy and well-appointed, with plenty of towels and toiletries provided for your convenience. Additionally, there's a private roof top terrace where you can relax and unwind in the serene surroundings.
It features four full size bedrooms and three designed bathrooms. High quality cotton linen, sheets and towels are provided.
Split system air conditionings are available in the living, master and top bedrooms. Ceiling fans are available in all the bedrooms. Additional heaters or portable fans can be provided on request.
There is also a private laundry area downstairs with washing machine and dryer.

Ground floor - Living, dinning, dinning room, kitchen, laundry and one full bathroom
Second floor - Three double bedrooms and one full bathroom
Third floor - Forth bedroom, En-suite, portable AC and rooftop terrace
Stairs are required but they are not steep, easy to climb.
Free street parking is available for one vehicle.
You will be able to access everything of the house.

Our house is ideally located for exploring all that Sydney has to offer. We're just a short walk from Darling Harbor, which is home to some of the city's best restaurants, shops, and entertainment options.
The Sydney Fish Market is also nearby, where you can sample fresh seafood and other local delicacies. Chinatown, the University of Technology Sydney, and the iconic Sydney Opera House are all within easy reach. With our central location, you'll have no shortage of things to see and do during your stay in Sydney.
