This beach residence and guest house is more than liveable and offers flexible functionality for large or extended families. Defined by its light filled interiors, luxurious finishes and stunning outdoor space with level sun drenched lawn and heated salt water pool offers a place to simply relax. Multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces, a contemporary kitchen and open fireplace.

The home has a resort style influence so you will feel relaxed upon entering the front door. Walk to freshwater village with local cafés and restaurants, shops and the famous PILU RESTAURANT Freshwater is at end of street. Walk to Manly along the beach path to catch the ferry. This family retreat has a resort feel with light filled interior spaces.

The guest house has free WiFi, a large TV and Netflix. The bathroom has a large shower, vanity and toilet. The guest house is fully equiped with microwave / convection oven, dishwater, fridge, together with all required cooking equipment. The guest house also has a dining table.

There are 2 barbecues and 2 outdoor settings - one for the main house and one for the guest house.

Guests have access to bikes and water sports equipment including body boards. We also have a cubby house and trampoline. Baby cot, high seats and also available if required.

The house is located a 5 minute taxi ride or 15 minute walk to Manly and Dee Why beaches, bars and restaurants. Bus stops for buses into the city, Manly and Warringah Mall are seconds away from the house. Ferries leave from Manly generally every 10 minutes or so to Sydney Harbour destinations and the City.
