Our beautiful Kirribilli apartment has the best views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge you could possibly ask for. The place has a large entertaining balcony, perfect for dinner and a glass of wine after a long day exploring Sydney.
You are a 5-minute walk to the train station, to the Sydney Harbour Bridge and 10 minutes until you are in the Sydney CBD. You are apart of one of Sydney's best villages with everything that Sydney has to offer.

ADDITIONAL RULES:
*Please see the house rules. As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties of any sort. The maximum amount of guests staying in this property is six, however, we do allow day visitors up to a maximum of ten people, including the guests who have booked.
*Credit card details must be provided when booking. There could be a $1,000 fine for any breach of rules.
This apartment is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas especially after 9 pm.
*This property is approved for accommodation only. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (including day visitors) above those booked and paid for must be approved in writing before the stay.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*STRA Rules
Guest will be required to send their ID (and all guests), email address, full name and contact number.
* Pets - We are a pet-friendly property. We ask all our guests to contact us for approval of pets before booking and include your request in the reservation form as there is a pet fee of $110 per stay to cover the cost of extra cleaning and disinfection. Please do not allow your pets to do on the furniture.
*Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is prior to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in than 3 pm and we are able to accommodate your request, there may be an additional charge. If you wish to check out later than 10 am, there may also be an additional charge.
THINGS TO KNOW:
***PLEASE NOTE, there is no air-conditioning at this home at the moment, but we are getting it fixed as soon as possible. There are still stand heaters in the bedrooms and a convection heater in the lounge.
*The second toilet has been closed off due to a leak. We are getting this fixed as soon as we can.
*Parking - We do not have a car space for this property. There is 2 hour free parking out the front of the building, Monday to Sunday from 8am to 10pm. Peel St (3 buildings down) there is 2 hour free parking from the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Peel St has UNLIMITED FREE PARKING on weekends.
*This property is suitable for babies or children. Items such as cots and high-chairs we do not supply, however, you are welcome to bring these yourself to the property.
*Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

Kirribilli is only a stone-throw away from the beautiful Sydney CBD and has an amazing village atmosphere. You are in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Sydney within 10 minutes but can enjoy the peace and quiet that Kirribilli has to offer.
The suburb has some of the best views that Sydney has to offer, is home to world-famous Luna Park, some of the best walking tracks to view beautiful Sydney, direct access to the Sydney Harbour Bridge as well as great cafes, supermarkets, pubs and liquor stores.
You will have the entire apartment to yourself, enjoy!
Our beautiful apartment has been renovated to the highest standard, with beautiful furniture throughout fro the Coco Republic. The views from the living room, dining area, kitchen and entertainers balcony are first class. Every single one of these rooms has uninterrupted views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House. There is a large living, dining and entertaining room, complete with air-conditioning as well as a smart TV.
You have the perfect kitchen for cooking and entertaining in, as well as 3 large bedrooms, perfect for 6 people.
The apartment comes with 2 and a half bathrooms, all with beautiful organic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
You are only a 5-minute walk to Milsons Point Train Station. This train stop is only one stop away from Sydney's CBD and can get you to where you need to go.
I would also highly recommend walking the Sydney Harbour Bridge, it's just down the road and the views are incredible!
For all train times from Milsons Point, I would recommend downloading the app "Trip View". This will allow you to see all the timetables you could possibly want!
