ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES:
*Please see the house rules. As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.

*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties of any sort. The maximum amount of guests staying in this property is four, however, we do allow day visitors up to a maximum of eight people, including the guests who have booked.

*Credit card details must be provided when booking. There could be a $1,000 fine for any breach of rules.

*This apartment is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.

*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas especially after 9 pm.

*This property is approved for accommodation only. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking.

*Any extra guests (including day visitors) above those booked and paid for must be approved in writing before the stay.

*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.

*Be careful cooking and making toast. The smoke detectors are very sensitive. If you set off the alarm the call-out fee for the fire brigade is $1,776. Guests who set off the fire alarm are responsible for paying the call-out fee.

*Please do not lose the buzzer for the door. There is a charge of $250 if this happens.

*STRA Rules - Guests will be required to send their ID’s, email addresses, full names and contact number(s).

*Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is prior to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in than 3 pm and we are able to accommodate your request, there may be an additional charge. If you wish to check out later than 10 am, there may also be an additional charge.

THINGS TO KNOW:
*We do have 1 parking spot available for this home. THERE IS A 2M HEIGHT MAXIMUM. Alternatively, Potts Point has 1 hour parking throughout the suburb, as it’s Australia’s most heavily populated suburb, there is no 24/7 free street parking. Orwell St and Springfield Ave are all 1 hour parking, 7 days a week, from the hours of 8am to 10pm. Victoria St usually has a few spots, and has the same parking hours as Orwell St & Springfield Ave.

*This property is suitable for babies or children. Items such as cots and high-chairs we do not supply, however, you are welcome to bring these yourself to the property.

*Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

*The keys are picked up from our partner concierge which is about a 10 minute walk from the home.

*Due to Strata Restrictions, we are not able to provide an extra set of keys.

*The apartment does not come with air conditioning. Portable fans and heaters will be provided throughout your stay for your utmost comfort.

*You are booking an apartment in one of the most centralised suburbs in Sydney. There may be some outside noise from neighbouring buildings, shops or restaurants. This is the same for almost any apartment in this suburb.

Kings Cross Train Station is next door, only a 10 metre walk to the entrance on the Victoria Road side of the station. Perfect for accessing the city, as well as visiting popular spots such as Bondi Junction (only 2 stations away)!

If the train is not your thing, you are only a 10-minute walk to the Sydney CBD, 10 minutes to Oxford Street by walk. Ubers are frequent as you are in the heart of Sydney!

We also have a car space (maximum height for cars is 2 metres) and you are able to park in a secure, private garage! Perfect for interstate travellers or anyone hiring a car, as Potts Point only has limited street parking available (and maximum is usually a one hour stay).
