Our studio apartment is set in the heart of Potts Point in a 1930's Art Deco building. My uncle and I have collected pieces from around the area for the last 30 years. Our apartment is a 10 minute walk to the city, 15 minute walk to Oxford Street and only 2 minutes to Kings Cross Station. You'll be surrounded by some of the best restaurants and cafes Sydney has to offer.

ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES:
*Please see the house rules. As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties of any sort. The maximum amount of guests staying in this property is two, however, we do allow day visitors up to a maximum of six people, including the guests who have booked.
*Credit card details must be provided when booking. There could be a $1,000 fine for any breach of rules.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas especially after 9 pm.
*This property is approved for accommodation only. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (including day visitors) above those booked and paid for must be approved in writing before the stay.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*STRA Rules - Guests will be required to send their ID’s, email addresses, full names and contact number(s).
*Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is prior to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in than 3 pm and we are able to accommodate your request, there may be an additional charge. If you wish to check out later than 10 am, there may also be an additional charge.
THINGS TO KNOW:
*Parking - We have a parking spot located in Earl Place, Springfield Avenue. You can rent this out for $20 a day. Please let us know before your arrival if you need a parking spot.
*This property is NOT suitable for children.
*Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
*There is one sofa bed and one double bed. If you require the sofa bed, can you please let us know beforehand and we can get this made for you on arrival.
*This is a 1938 Art Deco Building, therefore, there is no elevator. There are approx. 4 flights of stairs to the apartment.

Our apartment is located in the epicenter of fashionable Potts Point, which has been likened to New York’s SoHo. This vibrant suburb is alive with cool restaurants, cafes, bars, hip boutiques, creative bookshops and galleries. Potts Point is within walking distance of the CBD, Sydney Harbour, The Opera House, The Botanic Gardens and many other fine art galleries and museums.
You will have the entire apartment to yourself!

Our home features recycled pieces from all over the 2011 postcode from the last 30 years. Phillip, one of the owners is an avid furniture and collector of odd and wonderful items, you can see this throughout the home. Nothing in the home you will find anywhere else, it's all one of a kind.
The bathroom has a mixture of marbled subway tiles with a one of a kind Fornasetti wallpaper over the ceiling, it's truely amazing! The sink is from Morocco and we provide soaps, shampoo and conditioner all from the local area!
The living room has a smart TV, google chromecast for streaming and a air-conditioner. Perfect!
The kitchen comes with a full size fridge and freezer, 2 burner stove as well as a smeg toaster and kettle, perfect for the morning eggs, toast and coffee!
You are only a 10 minute walk to the Sydney CBD, 10 minutes to Oxford Street by walk and 200 metres from Kings Cross Station. If you cannot be bothered with public transport, ubers are frequent as you are in the heart of Sydney!
