There are 2 separate living rooms on the middle and top floors of the house with the kitchen opening onto a lovely balcony facing the ocean.

For ease of access, Halycon has an inclinator to carry guests from the top of the driveway up to the middle living level.

With beach access less than 200m from the house, stylish comfort over three levels, and plenty of room for the extended family, Halcyon is the perfect holiday home year round to create memories with loved ones that will never be forgotten.
