Home Truths

• No air con in summer (use ceiling fans) but can get warm on a really hot day.

• Windows can be a bit rattily if very windy, as it is a federation house with sash windows.

• Pool heater needs to be on for at least a day prior to warm the pool.

• Hot water can take a couple of minutes to reach to the taps as the hot water system is a distance away.
