If you are looking for a good loction in Kellyville, my place is one of your best options.

* Not wear shoes inside the house especially upstair with wooden floor.

* Avoid eating in bed

* Outdoor heavy cooking like stir fry, deep dry BBQ PLEASE .

* Pets not stuitable.

* Guests don’t have access to garage.

* All guests must follow out check out requests on the fridge, general tidy up, wash all dishes.

* Environment friendly separate recycle rubbish as bottles , cans , paper and cardboardto yellow bin and all the rest to red bin at the front of the property.

* If you stay on Thursday evening, please pull out garbage bin to street like the neighbours for collection early Friday morning. We really appreciate this.

* No Large parties allowed. If there are neighbour complaints from noise or bad behaviour you will asked to leave immidiately with NO REFUND and extra $3000 for penalty.
