This 5 bedrooms home is the home of style, space & quality which showcasing an impressive dual level layout with premium finishes, flowing and comfortable living and dining downstairs that extend seamlessly outdoors with the perfect balance of privacy & family making it well suited for couples, families stays and corporate travellers.

No party at night time allowed, no people in and out the house every hour from midnight, no more than no people book. If you don’t sleep at night please don’t book this house. This is duplex house so neighbours can hear noise and they will notify us. If you break theses rules, we will ask you to leave with no refund and received an extra money request of 1K.

This house locates on quite street so you can relax after a long day. It is very comfy for up to 16 guests stay, able to entertain large group and still provide enough privacy if needed.

Downstairs Deluxe kitchen is complemented with premium stainless steel appliances & dishwasher. This modern kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, grill, microwave, large fridge, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, sandwich press, all plates, cutlery, crockery, cups and glasses. 2nd outdoor kitchen at the back with BBQ for outdoor entertainment, we appreciate guests to do all heavy cooking, deep fry, stir fry at outdoor kitchen. if you like you can cook your meals 3 times a day as if you were in your own home. The Laundry has a modern washing machine. There is a toilet, 1 bedroom with Queen bed and large L shape sofa downstairs.

Four more bedrooms upstairs has built in wardrobes which will comfortably sleep up to 12 guests, downstairs 4 guest sleep on large L shape sofa+2 single sofa beds, total sleep 16 guests . One of the bedrooms upstairs is a Master Bedroom with two Queen beds, having its own en-suite with shower & toilet. Two bedroom with one queen bed each, 4th bedroom offers one queen+one double bed sharing a main bathroom upstairs.

Towels are provided and beds are only make up enough for number of guests booking. Please advise to have enough blankets, bed linens and bath towels. One bedroom might be locked if we have small group booking.

Additional features include ducted hot/cold air conditioning throughout, security alarm, fenced boundary for your privacy. There is one camera in front house for security purpose, no other camera inside the house, there is space to park a car or van on our driveway in front of the house and many free off street parking.

If you need home pick up and drop off service for any private tour and airport, we have contact number to suggest. Uber is another option for small group.
We are 3mins drive to Fairfield station/Fairfield hospital, 10 mins drive to Warwick Farm Racecourse/Riverside Stables/Liverpool hospital, 20mins drive to Parramatta, 30mins drive to Sydney Olympic Park

Few things to note:
* Not wear shoes inside the house as the timber flooring get scratch easily
* Avoid eating in bed
* Outdoor heavy cooking like stir fry, deep fry.... please
* No more than number of guests booked sleep over
** All appliances, air-conditioner, heater (except fridge) to turn off when no one in the house
* If you stay on Monday evening, please pull out garbage bin to the street like the neighbours for collection early Tuesday morning. We really appreciate this.
* Guests don’t have access to garage.
* No Pet
* Please be aware Corvid travel restrictions, lockdowns, pandemic are no longer considered extenuation circumstances after March 2019. Our cancellation policy still applies in case of travel restrictions due to Corvid. Therefore, please make sure to read our cancellation policy carefully before booking and purchase travel insurance in case of lockdowns and other Corvid related cancellations


Sometimes we update furniture and decorations to refresh the house and renew bed linens but don’t update our pictures. Thanks

Check in: 3pm, door code will be provided before arrival as it often changing for security purposes

Please request late check out in advance for availability and follow our check out requests on the fridge before leaving
