For those driving, street parking is available nearby with 1P and 2P limits between 8 AM - 10 PM on weekdays and Saturdays. The good news? Parking is free on Sundays! If you prefer secure parking, Broadway Shopping Centre offers paid options just a few minutes away.

HOUSE RULES
- No parties, gatherings, get togethers or anything of the kind
- Quiet hours between the hours of 10pm and 7am
- No additional or unauthorised guests without host permission
- No pets
HEALTH, SAFETY & WELL BEING
Your safety and well-being are of utmost importance to us. We employ a thorough and extensive cleaning process after each check-out to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness.
There is a Ring camera at the front door that monitors access into and out of the property. This is for the safety of our guests and the property.
We have installed a noise detector within the apartment that monitors noise levels. This device does not record sound; it detects certain frequencies to ensure noise is kept at a reasonable level.
KEYS PROVIDED
Two keys are provided to guests:
- Apartment Key
Please do not lose them, as they come with a replacement fee:
- Apartment Key: $300
FINES FOR BREAKING RULES
- Parties or Events: $1,000 fine plus any damage costs
- Smoking Inside the Apartment: $500 fine plus any damage costs
- Unauthorized Guests Staying at the Property: $100 per person per night
